2.3 Calls
Click on Calls to open the recent calls list. All incoming, outgoing, and missed calls are displayed here. You can also start calls from the calls list, see 3 Contact Desktop options.
Search bar and filter
Use the search and filter options to quickly find specific calls or narrow down the recent calls list.
To search for a call, enter a name or number in the search field at the top of the recents list.
The list is updated based on the entered search term.
To filter calls click on . You can filter by the following categories:
QueueGroupOutgoingIncomingMissedRedirectedVoicemailSummaryActive filters are displayed as filter chips below the search field. To remove a single filter, select X next to the corresponding filter chip.
