With this option, callers in the queue can be informed on their position in the queue. To enable the queue position announcements, select On and specify a time interval in seconds under Announcement interval. Every time this interval expires, all callers in the queue will hear an announcement stating his/her position in the queue. In which language these announcements are played is determined by the language setting of the queue, see 8.5.6 Language.
